FitBack & Bumps is an ante natal and post natal educational exercise programme that Fit-tastic are now running in small groups or on a one to one basis. It brings mums and mums-to be together to share pregnancy experiences and will help you to:
1. ✓ Exercise safely during and after your pregnancy
2. ✓ Reduce the aches and pains associated with pregnancy.
3. ✓ Reduce stress incontinence by strengthening your pelvic floor muscles
4. ✓ Improve your posture
5. ✓ Reduce pelvic and back pain by strengthening your core
6. ✓ Flatten your tummy after pregnancy
7. ✓ Make new friends and share your pregnancy experiences
Each ante natal and post natal programme consists of 4 one hour sessions, incorporating exercises, stretches and discussions on different topics. Participants on the programme will receive a pack containing an educational booklet and exercise cards so they can continue the exercises at home or at the gym.
