SCHOOL READINESS

We work with children in early years along with their parents/carers, to help each child get the best start in life. A 12 week programme delivered in your school, based around physical activity and movement, supporting the development of gross and fine motor skills essential for school readiness.

Motor Skill & Movement Interventions

With a strong focus on children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, our interventions work across all key stages, enabling pupils to reach their potential and improve attainment. Each child is fully assessed by a paediatric physiotherapist and then attends regular fun sessions within your school, tailored to their specific needs.

Sport & Physical Activity Sessions

 With a specialism in working with children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, we are able to deliver a range of fun activities such as hula hooping and boxercise, that are inclusive for all. Delivered by highly qualified and experienced staff, these sessions can be delivered as regular clubs across the school day or to suit the needs of your school.

 

WORKSHOPS

An active and healthy lifestyle can improve the physical and mental well being of pupils both in the long and short term, as well as improving brain function 260 and the ability to learn. Through fun and practical workshops, we help children to explore the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle. For maximum impact, these sessions are also delivered with parents and carers.

WORKING WITH STAFF

Training

We deliver training sessions and events to help staff further their knowledge about the important links between physical development and learning.

Health & Wellbeing

Save money by reducing sickness absence through investing in staff health and wellbeing. The Work Foundation reports that for every £1 invested in wellbeing initiatives, businesses get a return of £3. Our personal trainer is able to offer fun group or individual sessions after school. Our physiotherapist is also able to offer specialised antenatal or postnatal support to staff.
